In-person. Remote. Custom programs. Every session is one-on-one, purposeful, and built around how your specific body actually moves.
Highly recommended for new clients.
One-on-one sessions at Altis Gym, 18413 N Cave Creek Rd, Phoenix AZ. I assess how you move, identify what's not working, and build a program designed specifically for your body.
Every session is hands-on, focused, and purposeful. No group classes. No shortcuts.
For athletes and coaches who can't train in person.
Video-based sessions where I assess your movement, review your current program, and give you a concrete plan to address what I see. Effective for motivated individuals who can self-direct between sessions.
Ideal for: coaches seeking expert input, athletes in other cities, or anyone who wants professional eyes on their movement.
Personalized programming delivered digitally.
A structured mobility and movement program built around your specific limitations and goals. Designed for self-directed athletes who want elite-level programming without geographic limitations.

Coming SoonI watch you move. Before I design anything, I need to see how your body actually works — not how you think it works, and not what the MRI says.
I watch how you walk, squat, rotate, and breathe. I'm looking for where your body compensates — not just where it hurts.
I find the upstream pattern — the restriction or dysfunction that's creating your symptoms downstream. Then I explain what I see, in plain terms.
Everything is designed specifically for your body, your restrictions, and your goals. Not a template. Not a general "hip mobility" routine.
Predict problems before they become injuries.
Most recurring injuries in hockey aren't bad luck — they're predictable. The movement pattern that causes a pulled hamstring or a chronic groin strain is visible on video long before the injury happens. The problem is knowing what to look for.
With 30 years in hockey — including time as one of the NHL's top skate technicians — I've developed a process for analyzing skaters on video and identifying dysfunction before it becomes a diagnosis.
Currently in development. Working with a select group of young skaters to document and refine the methodology.
If you're a powerskating coach, scout, athletic therapist, or parent of a serious hockey player — I'd like to hear from you.
